Who we are

Tagicore is operated by Fitz Systems, LLC, a United States company. Questions or requests: support@tagicore.com.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address and organization name, used to sign you in and send the emails the product needs (verification, reminders, problem reports). Transactional email only — no marketing lists.

Your asset records. Whatever your organization enters: asset details, photos, manuals, service history, vendors. It belongs to you. A scanned tag shows only the fields you mark public; everything else stays private to your team.

Scans. When someone scans a tag we record the tag id, the time, the browser type, and the referring page — so you can see that your tags are being used. No name, no account, no precise location, and we do not store the scanner's IP address.

Problem reports. The description plus the name and contact the reporter chooses to leave. The sender's IP address is kept only as a one-way hash, used to limit abuse.

Billing. Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Nameplate photos. If you use photo extraction, the photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to read the label and returned as text. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models.

Where your data lives

On Google Cloud (Firebase), in the United States (us-central1). If you use Tagicore from outside the US, your data is transferred to and stored in the US; Google's standard contractual clauses cover that transfer.

Services we rely on

Google Firebase (data and authentication), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring), and Anthropic (nameplate reading). Each receives only what its job requires.

Cookies

Only what signing in requires. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics trackers.

Your data, your call

You can export any asset's full record from the app at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us and we'll do it. We never sell your data, and we never will.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, this page changes first, with a new effective date.
